About the Recipe

Ingredients
1 block Garlic & Fine Herbs Boursin cheese
2 cups cherry tomatoes
4–5 garlic cloves
2 tbsp olive oil
4-5 tbsp Posh Nosh Tuscan Sun-Dried Tomato Spice Blend
Salt and black pepper, to taste
250–300g pasta of choice
Optional: fresh basil, parmesan, chili flakes
You can add chicken in it for more protein
Preparation
Instructions
1. Prep the baking dish
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In an oven-safe baking dish or small Dutch oven, place the block of Boursin cheese in the center. Add the cherry tomatoes and garlic cloves around the cheese.
Drizzle everything with olive oil, then generously add the Tuscan Sun-Dried Tomato Spice Blend over top. Finish with a little salt and black pepper.
2. Bake
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until the tomatoes are blistered and bursting and the cheese is soft and creamy.
3. Cook the pasta
While the cheese mixture is baking, cook your pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve about ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
4. Mix the sauce
Remove the baking dish from the oven. Using a spoon or fork, mash the roasted tomatoes, garlic, and melted Boursin together until it forms a creamy sauce.
Add a splash of reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
5. Combine
Add the cooked pasta directly into the baking dish and toss until fully coated in the creamy Tuscan sauce.
6. Serve
Top with fresh basil, parmesan, or chili flakes if desired
