Ingredients
Wings
2–3 lbs chicken wings, split
1 tbsp baking powder (non-aluminum)
1 tsp salt
2-3 tbsp Maple Chili blend
1 tbsp oil
Maple Chili Glaze
¼ cup real maple syrup
2 tbsp Maple Chili blend
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp water (to loosen)
Add more maple chili for extra heat
Preparation
Prep
Pat wings very dry
Toss with baking powder, salt, Maple Chili blend, and oil.
2. Bake
Oven at 425°F (220°C).
Place wings on a rack over a lined baking sheet.
Bake 40–45 minutes, flip halfway, until deeply golden and crisp.
3. Glaze
Simmer all glaze ingredients on low 5–7 minutes.
It should coat a spoon, not look syrupy.
4. Finish
Toss wings in glaze while hot.
Optional but recommended: broil 2–3 minutes to caramelize
