Maple Chili glazed wings

Ingredients

Wings

  • 2–3 lbs chicken wings, split

  • 1 tbsp baking powder (non-aluminum)

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2-3 tbsp Maple Chili blend

  • 1 tbsp oil



Maple Chili Glaze

  • ¼ cup real maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp Maple Chili blend

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tbsp water (to loosen)

    Add more maple chili for extra heat

Preparation

Prep

  • Pat wings very dry

  • Toss with baking powder, salt, Maple Chili blend, and oil.

2. Bake

  • Oven at 425°F (220°C).

  • Place wings on a rack over a lined baking sheet.

  • Bake 40–45 minutes, flip halfway, until deeply golden and crisp.

3. Glaze

  • Simmer all glaze ingredients on low 5–7 minutes.

  • It should coat a spoon, not look syrupy.

4. Finish

  • Toss wings in glaze while hot.

  • Optional but recommended: broil 2–3 minutes to caramelize
